What is a Séance?

A séance is a meeting of open-minded individuals and a psychic gathered in a large circle with the expressed purpose of trying to communicate with the "Spirit" of a departed person. The psychic is the point of initial contact, where the spirit is seen by others through the psychic. The spirit is often felt by those within the circle through subtle feelings of touch, pain and temperature change.

Usually, the spirit is identified by the type of pain that is felt by a séance participant, i.e. if the person died because of a heart attack, one of the participants will subtley feel the pain and heaviness of a heart attack. I feel at least ten participants for the seance are necessary in order for it to be effective. The energy of the group acts as a power source or battery by supplying the structure and medium needed by a Spirit to make contact with this world.

The main function of a psychic is to act as a link of communication between those two worlds. No two séances are alike. The séance participants and spirit communicators are different, but the meaning of the communication seems to have a purpose for both earthly and spirit communicators. My research indicates possible patterns in spirit communication.

I conduct séances to be of service to people and to spirits. I truly believe in God’s guidance. After the first few séances I conducted, I realized that they had much more meaning and purpose than just to satisfy curiosity. Some trapped or confused spirits were coaxed to go to the light, which is the way to God. Inner peace, comfort, understanding and answered questions have all been experienced by participants of séances.

Should you be afraid to do a séance?

No! Spirits do not control your life or interfere with your free will. Spirits cannot harm you, but you can give a spirit a bad name by using it as an excuse for your fears.

Can I force a spirit to make contact or harm it in anyway?

No, a spirit cannot be forced to communicate. If it wishes to communicate it will.

Is every séance a success?

Yes, but some are more successful than others. The success depends upon your willingness to tune in and receive impressions.

Does everyone experience something in a séance?

Not everyone who attends will experience direct contact with a spirit, but you will witness contact with someone.

How does a spirit communicate a message?

A spirit may project an image it wishes to impress upon the mind of a person. Communication is like a giant puzzle, each impression or experience contributes to the identity of the spirit.
